Return Policy – Nmore

We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of the date of purchase. To qualify for a return:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any opened, used, or expired products due to health and safety reasons.

2. Return Process

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product sent).

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the return does not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., the product has been opened or used), the return may be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the same process as a return. Once we process the return, you can place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Canceling an Order
